How it works:
Fill out the booking form below.
Our consultant will contact you via your preferred method of communication (phone or email).
At no cost, we will discuss your school’s current or prospective music program, budget, perceived limitations, and answer any questions you might have. This allows us to get a comprehensive sense of your program and unify our vision for its development.
Please have on-hand the dimensions of the room(s) you are considering building your studio in. However, if you are looking for smaller purchases or gear that will be shared around your school, this is not necessary.
If you would like to continue to next steps after our free consultation, we require a 50% deposit of total cost.
We accept many forms of online payment including Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept mail-in checks if that is more aligned with your district’s policies. In this case, we will provide you with a mailing address via email.
After receiving your deposit, we will conduct extensive research tailored to the points of our discussion and create an itemized list of equipment that suits your needs, budget, and space.
Once finished, we will send you an email confirming completion along with a sample of your itemized list. We require the remaining 50% balance be paid at this time.
Upon receiving final payment, we will email you your custom gear list as a PDF complete with item names, prices, rationale for purchase, and links for where to purchase online.
